Blinds and Curtains Warranty
Blinds Emporium offers a Five (5) Year Warranty from the date of invoice on all custom made curtains and blinds.
This includes Roller Blinds, Double Roller Blinds, Roman Blinds and Curtains.
The Warranty covers all defects, manufacturing faults and malfunctioning blinds or curtains.
The Warranty covers only the original purchaser of blinds and curtains in question. Therefore, proof of purchase must be provided when claiming under warranty.
It will be at Blinds Emporium full discretion as to whether the faulty blinds under warranty will be repaired or replaced. In the case that the fabric or blind is no longer in stock or is not available Blinds Emporium will refund the full cost of the blind. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
All repairs will commence immediately once the blinds and the receipt from the original purchaser is received.
Unfortunately, the warranty does NOT cover cost of removal or re-installation of the blinds or curtains, repackaging of the blinds or curtains, freight charges to and from Blinds Emporium or any other costs that may arise when returning the blinds to Blinds Emporium.
Return of the blinds and/or curtains under Warranty must be arranged by and is the responsibility of the customer once authorised by Blinds Emporium

The warranty does not cover:
- Natural Wear and Tear
- Breakage of chains or controls of the blinds or curtains
- Colour Fading due to exposure to sun or oxidisation
- Mould or exposure to moisture
- Incorrect measuring
- Incorrect installation
- Alteration of the original blind or curtains will void warranty
- Commercial jobs and application unless installed by Blinds Emporium
