We offer a 7 day delivery from the time of your blinds being ready at the blind factory.

Estimated time lines of the blinds being manufactured:

• Roller Blinds – 8 to 13 days
• Roman Blinds – 9 to 15 days
• Curtains – TBC

NB – These are estimated times only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure these timelines are met, no responsibility is taken by Blinds Emporium for any delays.

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll be notified via email which will have a tracking number so that you can track your blinds. It’s that easy!

Please ensure that either someone is home or you let us know at the time of placing your order where a suitable place for the driver to leave the blinds package. A suitable place would be somewhere sheltered from the elements of the weather which is safe and secure. Our drivers do not carry phones and as such cannot guarantee a delivery time.  As we only deliver Monday to Friday we would recommend that a place of work would be most suitable for your blinds to be delivered if you are unable to be home.

In the case that no one is home and the driver cannot leave the window coverings in a suitable place the driver will have no other choice but to deliver the blinds to the nearest depot. At which stage it will be your responsibility and cost to arrange either to pick them up or have the blinds delivered again.
